These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Axomify ("we", "our", or "us"), an educational mobile application that allows users to register, create a profile, and post content. By accessing or using Axomify, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the App.

1. User Accounts

• You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and any activities that occur under your account.

• You are solely responsible for your content and must ensure it complies with our Community Guidelines.

4. Intellectual Property

All non-user-generated content in Axomify, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual property laws.

5. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please read our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and share your information.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without cause or notice, for violations of these Terms or other harmful activity.

7. Disclaimers

• Axomify is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind.
• We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of Axomify after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Assam, India.
